Effective February 6, 2026, the Department of Justice (DOJ) will be updating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) eFile system to utilize the DOJ Login platform for authentication of all new and existing users.
All users will be required to enroll in DOJ Login and register MFA credentials to ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements and to enhance the security of the user authentication process.
